Camelyn is a unique medicine whose production is native to the Republic of Georgia. It is prepared using a special kind of honey which contains substances that have been shown to have significant impact on the biology of organisms. These characteristics are believed to be derived from the elements which represent the vital activity of a bee: albumen, peptides, amino acids, aldehydes, furfural, formic acid, microelements.

Camelyn acts as a stimulating mechanism with immunomodulatory activity. It specifically strengthens humoral and cellular immunity.

Rules of Application:

Solution, powder, and ointment of Camelyn is used for both children and adults, as a component of complex therapy, and independently in cases where stimulation of immunity and modification of immune response is necessary.

Rule of application and dosage

Ampoules containing "Camelyn M-1".

Injections are made twice a day intramuscularly, 2-2 ml. in the morning and evening. Camelyn should be introduced deeply into the buttock muscle, slowly, in discrete intervals with a 20-25 pause between each. Course of treatment: 20 days; interval between courses: 8 days.

Duration of the treatment is 2-5 courses (2-5 months). If necessary, prolongation of maintenance courses is possible.

"Camelyn" capsules containing 0.5 g - "Camelyn M-2"

Capsules should be taken 3 times per day, 30 minutes before the meals with water. Course of treatment: 20 days; interval between the courses: 8 days.

Duration of the treatment is 2-5 courses (2-5 months). If necessary, prolongation of maintenance courses is possible.

"Camelyn M-3" is an antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory ointment which stimulates reparation processes.

Pharmacological action

Camelyn has an anti-inflammatory, regenerative, analgesic effect. It activates immunity and accelerates the skin over process.

Indications

Purulent, prolonged unhealed wounds of soft tissues and skin, trophic ulcers, panarycias, burns, bedsores.
Rule of application and dosage

Apply thin layer of ointment on the affected area. It is possible to use gauze bandage. Apply ointment daily 2-3 times.
Treatment duration is determined according to depositions.

Side events
In therapeutic dosage is non-toxic and has no side events. Individual hypersensitivity towards aa individual component of the compound is possible.

Contra-indications
Are not revealed.

Interaction with other remedies
Camelyn may be combined with all medical preparations used for treatment of above mentioned disorders. Use of Camelyn is advised in combination with chemical drugs within radiation therapy. In the case of surgical operation Camelyn may be used in the pre- and post-operative period.

Pharmacological forms
- 35% solution of Camelyn M1 for injections in 2 ml ampoules, 10 ampoules in each box.
- Capsules of Camelyn M2 containing 0.5 g of dry substance, 30 capsules in each package, 10 capsules in each blister pack.
- Camelyn M3 ointment in 25 g tubes.

Storing conditions
To be stored in a clean, dry place that is inaccessible by children.
