OLIVE PRESSES – WINERIES – CHEESE-DAIRIES AND OTHER FACILITIES OF AGRICULTURAL USE
SHORT TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC PRESENTATION OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF HIGH TOXICITY WASTES BASED ON connection of other TECHNOLOGICAL
1]INTRODUCTION TO THE PROBLEM
The problem of wastes is a big matter for our country and not only. The basic point of the problem is that the suggested methods demand substantial capitals without any guarantee for the viability of the project much less for its prosperity.
Especially the olive presses [2.500-3.000] of the country burden the ground and the underground waters with 1.500.000tones/per year [1] of highly toxic wastes.
This matter must be solved as soon as possible because beyond the great danger that stands for the health οf the people that live at these areas from the year 2010 large fines will be enforced to the olive presses of our country.
The suggested solutions till today have not been implemented because they do not give viability to the demanded investment or they burden the olive presses with big annual cost [to 50.000€/per year] something that makes impossible the implementation.
Until today this wastes go to natural ground sinks without any precaution for the ground and underground to which cause serious contamination with toxic substances
2] OUR PROPOSAL-GENERAL IDEA
We suggest the production and the enrichment of the produced products from the processing of the wastes [Bio-gas, Fertile ] with new products of high and on growing demand, that exist in large quantities in the wastes from olive presses, wineries and elsewhere.
So we suggest the production of biodrastic substances [polyphenoles ,glycoproteins and others] with big and constantly ongrowing demand from the Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Food supplement and other similar industries with high prices in the market.

This will be made possible through a connection of other technologies that have been applied from Greek and Foreign scientists and also the companies
CAMELYN INTERNATIONAL L.t.d and COUNTY L.t.d.
The suggested technological system has been implemented fully and successfully from the co-operators.
Part of the technological system has been applied in large scale and for a long time and part of it as a pilot but with excellent results.

1] From each tone of wastes we will produce 2-4 kgr Β/DR.[4]

2] For each 15.000tones/wastes we will produce 870MWh H/Ε[5]
Electrical Energy.
3] For each 15.000tones/wastes we will produce 965 MWh Th/Ε[6]
[Thermal Energy ]
4] For each 15.000tones/wastes we will produce 2.250tones/fertile [7].
5] Through fermentors we will produce 2-3 tones of Glycoprotein

Α]With sale of the products even at 50€/kgr and not only 100 or 400€/kgr, the project is amazingly profitable.
Β]With sale of the 10% of the produced Β/DR the project has a direct amortization and prospect for a large profit.
C]The sales of the Β/DR are being made with contracts of 2,3,4 or 5 years from big companies. A contract like that will make the project very profitable.
D]The productions demands scientific stuff with high level of knowledge a part of which will be handling the exclusive know-how [Patents]
Ε]It is very important that CAMELYN
INTERNATIONAL produces polyphenoles in large scale
[factory] and COUNTY L.t.d. exclusive glycoproteins.
